Many of the clients I work with struggle with anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. They often feel tired of “holding it together” and want more than surface-level coping—they want clarity, relief, and meaningful change. Therapy with me provides a safe space to slow down and make sense of what you’re experiencing, as you develop practical tools that support real change in your daily life. My goal is to help you move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion—at a pace that feels right for you.
